Send Some Handmade Cards “With Love”

I absolutely love this card crafting kit from Crafter’s Companion – Sent with Love. This set is a little different because along with the pretty layered pattern papers, it also has kraft paper and solid color papers for die cutting. The colors are a bit vintage but modern at the same time. All I had to do is die cut a few shapes in pink, red, green and turquoise; add a stamped sentiment; and glue them onto the card bases covered in the coordinating rose & lace background papers. Handmade Christmas Card Gallery 2023

This year I created 40 cards using several different craft kits and themes. I tried different techniques with the sets and really had fun crafting them for family and friends! I love the vintage look of this craft kit from LDRS. I added some tearing, twine and glitter to play up the layered look of the background papers. This die cut set from My Diamond Press is my favorite from this season. It brings me back to the 80s with the look of clove studded oranges, potpourri, and dried flowers. Crafters Companion “Through the Looking Glass” Collection Card Gallery

I love the red white & blue color palette and collage style of this card making kit – all centered around Alice in Wonderland characters and imagery. I stamped a bunch of the sentiments that have some great font combinations and kitschy phrases, then I also stamped a whole page of the little imagery – Alice, pocket watch, playing cards, drink bottle, tea cup, cupcake, top hat – and colored them with some shading to add dimension.
