I spent a little time stamping out pretty images for some relaxing detail coloring. I like to make a big batch of images that I can color – just like a coloring book. Then blend in some ink into the backgrounds to take away the stark white paper and make the images pop. After one look at this Hummingbird Collection by Crafter’s Companion, I knew I would love crafting with all the beautiful elements. The imagery on the papers and stamps, combined with the tropical color palette easily came together into gorgeous projects. I started by stamping out a bunch of hummingbird and flower stamps on colored paper and watercolor paper. Then I used my favorite Aqua Markers in bright fun colors, keeping the coloring loose and using some simple shading to add dimension.
